This location in particular has a very poor quality of staff. They could care less about their job. One of the employees actually answered her phone while making burritos! Disgraceful. They need a revamp and I would start with a whole new staff with a higher bar/higher standards for employment.

I was the only person in line at the moment I was ordering and I was being rushed to order without thinking what I wanted. The attitude that she gave me when ordering as well as the person behind me when I cashed out was unacceptable, at the point where the online take-out coworker told her to lose the attitude. If I were a new customer, to be frank, I wouldn’t ever come again- it was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I understand that you might of have a bad day, but keep that energy at home. There is no excuse to behave like that. Management needs to do something about that 🥾
