This place has Awful customer service. i got the run around for a $38 order you would think that it was $80 the way it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of refund. The owner Melissa Hughes is rude and incompetent. She states she is on top of everything but offers no resolution or explanation on anything. Customer service here is complete trash. Also still haven’t been compensated for my $38 order even after the stupid process they ask you to go through to file a complaint. Would NOT recommend. The “manager” Armani or i’m unsure how to spell his name is also misinformed and stated how they would refund or remake my order which was completely UNTRUE! Please save your mental health and go to another chic fil a

I placed an order on my phone and went to pick it up. My daughter’s drink was missing, so she asked about it and was told to wait. After waiting about 5 minutes with no update, she asked again and was told to wait again. In the end, my daughter thought she hadn’t ordered a drink, and she just went home without it. This is actually the second time something like this has happened. The first time, I was told to wait, and even after the order was ready, no one called my daughter’s name, so we ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes. Because of this, I went to speak with a manager. An employee went over to let the manager know I wanted to talk, but the manager looked at me, said something to the employee, and then just walked away without speaking to me. I honestly felt ignored and disrespected. It made me wonder if I was treated this way because I am Asian—would the response have been different if I were white? When we first started coming here, the service was friendly and pleasant. But over time, the staff’s attitude seems to have changed for the worse. Seeing how the manager behaved today, it’s not surprising. I’m very disappointed.
