  Visited this spot twice, and it’s officially my favorite! The food is incredibly yummy, juicy, and tender. 🤤 We tried their smashed burger, loaded platters, chicken tenders, and those amazing wings with honey BBQ sauce! Every single item was 10/10. Both the quality and quantity are absolutely superior. 📈 The service is lightning-fast, and the environment is so cool and relaxing—definitely a perfect, cozy vibe to visit with family. If you haven’t been here yet, you are seriously missing out! 🔥

  Absolute gem in West Hartford! I recently tried Burger Squad and was blown away by both the food and the experience. Their menu has a fantastic variety—everything from incredibly juicy burgers and sandwiches to perfectly seasoned platters like their tender lamb chops, chicken tikka, and flavorful kabobs. The food arrives fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. Beyond the yummy, delicious food, what really sets this place apart is the outstanding, well-behaved staff. They are incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a clean and comfortable environment that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area!

  I love this place, they're doing really well considering they're pretty new at the time of writing this. They have really good chicken and a clean dining place. Their bathrooms are clean and the staff always help me. The online orders were a little rocky at first, but it seems that they have that under control now.

  I would not recommend Burger Squad. We were told our food would be ready in 20 minutes, which was fine with us, but we ended up waiting nearly 45–50 minutes. We ordered the Seekh Kebab Platter, a burger, masala fries, and a mango lemonade. The seekh kebab was overcooked, dry on the inside, and lacked both salt and seasoning. The rice portion was also quite small for the price. The burger was advertised as crispy and spicy, but it was neither. Instead, it was soggy and disappointing. The mango lemonade didn’t taste like mango at all and was far from what we expected. Overall, the prices are high for the quality and portions offered. Between the long wait time and underwhelming food, our experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place !

  I hope the following is taken as true constructive criticism, as with limited halal options in CT it would be amazing to have each and everyone of them succeed. I went there with my family on Sunday (05/07/2026) for dinner and it was a horrible experience. The atmosphere and ambiance were good but that means nothing when the food is terrible. I got the “Signature” burger and it was obvious that they had prepared it a while ago and just reheated the whole burger. The bun was soggy and vegetables were stale. When you are charging $16.99 for a burger it has to be better quality than the typical fast food burger. The staff was okay. However, it was clear that they didn’t want to be there and didn’t really care much for quality. I don’t want to point fingers but how the staff presents themselves is a clear reflection of management and ownership.
