  There was hair embedded in the food my wife received today. The waiter took it away. No apology. No manager to come check on us after. Our waiter was too enthralled with the table behind us ordering all kinds of drinks to even follow up. It’s simple customer service. Sure things happen but no one wants hair in the food they’re paying for.

  I called today to talk to manager..I tried to explain an issue we had yesterday. Mothers day to suggest a way for customers to eat with an allergy..he didn't get it..Matt the server was great

  While in southern Connecticut, we made a stop at Uncommon Grill & decided to go all in on a little sharing feast. We ordered a burger, hot dog, & grilled cheese to mix things up, & honestly… zero regrets. Each bite hit that perfect comfort-food note, like a backyard cookout got a glow-up. The burger was juicy, the hot dog had that classic snap, & the grilled cheese brought all the buttery, melty goodness you want. Simple, satisfying, & exactly the kind of spot you stumble into once… then keep thinking about on the ride home.

  We had a great experience at Uncommon Grill today. We are from out of town and unfamiliar with the area so took a chance on this place. We were not disappointed! Highly impressed in fact! We had a very kind, helpful and accommodating server. Meatballs were HUGE, lettuce in my salad was shredded, vegetables in it diced nicely & lightly tossed in dressing. Huge onion rings with a very yummy sauce. My cousin loved the Jameson BBQ burger, great flavor with frizzled onions! And my niece enjoyed her butter noodles & fries!
