  Some customers have no idea how to place an order with the new technology and the girls have almost no patience to explain how to use it. They were not that busy or maybe a rush to leave. Still we are going back just for a quick meal.

  Absolutely horrible. Order was not correct via drive through. So I went inside to request a refund. The employee behind the counter was initially understanding but then went in the back and was accusing me of eating all of the product. He never looked inside my bag nor did any other employee. If they had they would have seen that I took one bite out of one of the items and that was it. So anyway the employee continues to escalate and challenges me to a fight. We step outside and of course he doesn’t honor that obligation just like he can’t make a simple taco correctly. So the “manager” finally interjects and gives me my well deserved refund and puts the reigns on her highly out of control employee. Never ever will I stop for a taco at this establishment.

  I ordered a steak quesadilla, I tried the new caramel and chocolate empanadas, and I ordered a cheesy Roll-Up. The quesadilla was awful. It wasn't even real cheese it was a cheese sauce that tasted awful. I have gotten much better food at a regular restaurant. I do not like the taste of the Southwest-ish cheese sauce they use. The caramel empanada look like it was overcooked because there was no caramel inside. Similar to when you overcook a mozzarella stick and all the cheese comes out. This was the first time I was not asked if I wanted any, or given any sauces.

  One of the worst Taco Bells, if not the worst I’ve ever been to. Went there last night at 11pm and after i began ordering for me and my partner. I ordered a burrito and a lux box the rude lady said: “you can’t order more than 5 items”. Being confused I only ordered two and explained it to her. She said “well what else do you want!?” I told her I’m leaving. Crazy to have a limit of what you can order 😂. Never going back.
