    I’ve been doing online ordering and pick up for years. For at least the last 6 months there is always an issue where I am waiting in the parking lot for 10-30 minutes and people that get here after me get their orders first. When I call they always say there is only one person bringing out orders. If you are doing online orders and know where the busy times are, hire more people to do the grocery orders or take someone from another department. This is ridiculous. People have things to do and places to be.

    I went to Stop & Shop in Watertown last week to return empty bottles & cans. I used the new redemption center CLYNK process. It's the new way to turn in your empties. I really like the new system.

    This isn't about stop and shop it's about the new clynk bottle redemption . It takes for ever to get you money and Be careful make sure that you don't have instant payout on on the app because if you have more then 50 bottles in there they only count it as 5.00 so if you have 60 in there they keep the dollar so be careful with this company.
