    Ordered 1230pm. Called around 3. Order is ready. I go in the order is not even started. Had to watch as staff just ignored me until I had to walk to service desk to have him come over and ask if one of the six people could help. They just smiled and said yea we didn't pull that.

    I’ve been doing online ordering and pick up for years. For at least the last 6 months there is always an issue where I am waiting in the parking lot for 10-30 minutes and people that get here after me get their orders first. When I call they always say there is only one person bringing out orders. If you are doing online orders and know where the busy times are, hire more people to do the grocery orders or take someone from another department. This is ridiculous. People have things to do and places to be.
