  I’m gonna have to do 2 starts- i am gluten free and my only options here are salad. Which is really disappointing for a place like this, you would think they’d have at least a gluten free bread. The woman i ask was a bit rude and annoyed by my question. Not an enjoyable experience

  I placed my order and came to pick it up and somebody else had picked it up. The staff is completely disorganized and the store was run chaotic when I asked them to remake the sandwiches. They had run out of ingredients. I went to use the bathroom and it was filthy and there was urine all over the

  We attempted to eat lunch at this location this afternoon. We ordered at the kiosk and then tried to find a table to sit at. The first 5 open tables we looked at had food or liquid on the tables and/or seats. One had trash in the booth. We found a clean table eventually; that’s when the wait began. I understand this is not your typical fast food place, and I didn’t expect to order and immediately pick up my food, but a salad, cup of soup and two drinks should not have taken long. We also saw several people who arrived and ordered after us receive their food before we did. Due to time constraints, we canceled our order and requested a refund. The staff is friendly and polite, but the rest of it is not what we are used to when eating at Panera.

  Awful atmosphere, and has never gotten an order right. Useless staff. I’ve never seen them actually working. They just stand around and stare at random things around them.
