  It's really hit or miss if you get someone nice or someone who really hates their job. Today was the worst with the guy that answered and then gave me the weirdest smallest bagel you have ever seen. It's just going to drive to new london from now on. I give up with this place.

  Kaylin & Deedee are incredible. Truly the main reason I go to this Dunkin almost daily — I specifically ask when they’re working because nobody makes my coffee the way they do. But aside from that, they greet me by name and are always so kind, and so excited when I pull into the drive thru. They have my order memorized, to a point where I just say hi and they tell me they’ve got it. I don’t know what I’d do if they weren’t there — they’re the highlight of my day.

  Food was prepared quickly and I was told of optional items for something they ran out of, and staff were moderately polite, thank you for everything!
