  It's dinner time and there is one person serving. Somebody else cooking, one guy is just cleaning walls. Meanwhile, the line is wrapped around to the door and moving slooow. I mean, idk what's up with their staffing. Maybe somebody called out today. The staff here are professional and nice. But only one man working the line at dinner time? It's a thirty minute wait for a burrito!

  If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered and paid for our food online. We waited for over two hours (with several other people) before we finally left without our food and without a refund. We had asked for a refund at the window and the server stating they would not be filling any online orders per the manager . We went inside and they refused to give us a refund and refuse to give us our food. We asked to speak to the manager, and we were told that she left.

  Arrived today to pick up my order, and the experience was a disaster. The line inside and the Chipotlane drive-thru were backed up out the door. After waiting about 25 minutes, I went inside to check on my pickup order, only to discover that the pickup station was completely abandoned. There were only three employees working in the entire restaurant trying to handle everything. I never received my food and ultimately had to leave empty-handed after wasting half an hour. Severe management and staffing failure.

  Sharing this as a warning: CHECK YOUR FOOD! I normally love going to this chipotle. However today- I ordered a steak burrito and after a few bites I found a piece of plastic sheet or glove (clear and thin). I took it out and looked in the rest of the burrito and found 2 more pieces of those plastic sheets. I had ordered it in the app with a free entry reward- but didn’t get my reward back nor did I get any type of compensation. I do not think I will return and will be sharing that any good here comes with traces of PLASTIC

  More of a constructive criticism, I neither interacted with the staff or ate anything here. Upon trying to walk into the restaurant, the front doors were so greasy that I didn’t wanna touch the them. If you can’t Windex your own glass, what does everything else that we can’t see where our food is being prepared look like? I was disappointed because I like chipotle food. It’s usually hit or miss with which restaurant you order from. When they first opened (not necessarily in Waterford, just as a whole) they seemed to be such a pristine establishment, no matter which store you ordered from. It seems that it has gone down hill in recent years as far as food quality, and store presentation at several of their locations.
