  Been here a couple times with a few complaints. The tables always seem to have stains and or residue on them every time I’ve come in. I’ve never had to wait too long to get my food other than a few times where there aren’t many servers. Food is normally pretty good as long as you don’t order it online. Every time I’ve ordered online the foods is just way worse. It’s always cold, flavorless or just flat out the wrong food. Once ordered a burrito and it came in a bowl? Or I order chicken but get no chicken and steak instead. Saw in all, place is always dirty but dining is normally fine if you can look past that and just don’t order online

  I arrived around 4:30 PM and ended up waiting in line for about 20 minutes—even though there were only two people ahead of me. By the time I got to the counter, they were completely out of rice and meat. The staff said they could only make orders with what was left, which was basically just vegetables. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend coming here—it’s a waste of time.

  Ordered through Uber Eats and after an hour and three drivers later it still wasn’t ready. Uber Eats support said the order was completed at restaurant but after 3 drivers who all waited 25 mins and more something isn’t right. I’m so incredibly confused on how it takes over an hour to make a burrito bowl. Or someone here tried scamming me

  Waiting now for 2 hours and food still not ready. Finally got the food and the order was wrong. I got what I guess was a quesadilla instead of the 3 tacos I ordered. The burrito I ordered was inedible. Definitely will not eat from this location again.

  Ronald was the only reason I came there. So friendly and such a good experience he always made me laugh. I won't be returning after I asked to be speak to a manger her name was Olivia and she was so rude and unprofessional and after being ignored for ten mins another manager came and he smelled of pure alcohol this place needs new management and new employees ronald was the star at this place I've had two horrible experiences sense no one greeted me. The food was cold. Not cooked properly. Id give zero stars if it was an option. Dont go to this Chipotle. I will be contacting corporate on this matter...
