  I live near by this Taco Bell location and as a regular customer this place is getting worse and worse each visits. Every time i purchase something is always missing, long waiting times and nasty oily taste. You are better off going to the other competitor down the street for DELICIOUS food and great service.

  I typically would not leave a review, but I feel like this experience was worth mentioning. I ordered a #6, which comes with three Doritos Locos Tacos and a large drink. I also ordered a regular order of Nacho Fries. Unfortunately, everything about the food and drink was extremely disappointing. The fries were absolutely freezing cold—you would have thought I was eating frozen fries. My drink was hot and completely flat, and all three of my tacos were already broken and falling apart before I could even fully open the wrappers. For an almost $20 meal, I find it absurd that I couldn’t properly eat my food or even enjoy my drink. I will say that the girl who took my order was very kind and friendly, so I have no complaints about the service at the counter. However, the quality of the food was terrible, especially considering this was an order placed at 1:40 PM on a Tuesday.

  This Taco Bell needs new management honestly they’ve gotten worse and worse and worse overtime in where the drive-through line takes 30 to an hour if your three car deep to get your food, which makes no sense right I understand like you gotta make the food and everything but it shouldn’t take you like 40 minutes to get the meal and that’s not even the reason I am making a review today so I placed the order and my boyfriend placed the order because we both had different rewards and we wanted to redeem it so we pull up to the speaker keep in mind we place this order 30 minutes ago before we got here and then we pulled up and we like hey we have a mobile order. There’s one for this person I want for this person and the guy was like I’m sorry we only can do one order per car so my boyfriend got you serious. I’m like we’re in one car. We don’t wanna really go around, but can you just do it this time there is not anybody behind us. The manager comes up on the phone does not even understand the situation. I’m sorry sorry it’s only one order park car. You will have to go around back. What do you mean? I have to go around back I placed my order 30 minutes ago. I’m giving you time. I’m being gentle with you fine if I gotta pull up and wait, but please make both of the order. No, she was being rude. She didn’t have to come onto the speaker if somebody else is taking my order, we weren’t being rude. He was just upset that you’re gonna make me go wrong back the building getting their line for another 30 minutes just to get my order which you can’t and then now I am an hour and a half at Taco Bell without any food and this place is worse and worse and worse, and as many people say, the managers are rude to employee don’t care there was even one time where I pulled up to the speaker when I was working an overnight shift and I came here and the girl on the speaker told me she can make my order because they’re closed for lunch break from 1:30 to 2 o’clock and I would have to wait until 2 o’clock for me to get my order so guess what I waited 40 minutes cause I had to eat I like I just got off of shift and I just wanted some food, but this is the most horrendous Taco Bell you will find and please change the Manager change. I employees do something Taco Bell.
