  On June 24 at approximately 5:00 PM, I witnessed what appeared to be a manager wearing a floral shirt publicly addressing employees in the middle of the dining area following what seemed to be an inspection. She repeatedly stated that employees were going to be written up, and this conversation took place in front of multiple customers who were trying to enjoy their meals. As a customer, I found this highly unprofessional. Employee accountability is important, but disciplinary conversations should be handled privately, not in front of guests. A manager sets the standard for professionalism, and publicly discussing write ups creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and employees. I hope Taco Bell’s district or corporate leadership reviews this incident and provides appropriate coaching to ensure employee performance discussions are handled respectfully and professionally, away from the dining area.

  If I can give them zero stars I would but I have to leave one !!! Service is far the worst service I’ve ever had! I don’t know how they are still open !!! I will never go there again

  Absolutely RIDICULOUS that there is someone standing at the counter just to be told we have to use the freaking kiosk. I attempted to place an order and the only reason we did is because the manager came out to work the kiosk. NO REASON. An employee cannot take the order. Nor the attitude the original employee gave. I sat in for dinner and more than half of the people served had to be assisted from the manager to get an order taken. Over 5 people in my time sitting having a meal.
