  This place is a joke. I go here often and they never seem to make sure all the food is in the bags I always have to check. I had a particular incident. This mothers day weekend. I went with my 3 and 2 yr old thru the drive thru they were not that busy. I always order extra sausage for my son. Guess what it was not there. I order hotcakes and sausage platter... guess what no fork and spoons no syrup. My 3 yr old didnt eat breakfast why no syrup.. I bought 4 sausage burritos .. guess what tortillas hard as a rock.. I proceeded to call the place put of frustration after calling 6x no answer someone finally picked up I proceed to explain what happend. She said one moment and HUNG UP ON ME. I then called 2 more times a different personed picked up with a somewhat laughing attitude I advised about the person hanging up on me and demanded a name she acted like she didnt know and I said how do you not know if I can clearly hear the person next to you. She said her name is ESTHER. I said okay I then told her about the food she wanted me to turn around and go get it for starters no receip was given to me. I asked her to write my name in the book. She had a laughing tone of voice. This place is a joke.... UPDATE I got an apology and that was it at first then they supposedly offered to send me coupons for the items I wasnt given but nothing was really done.

  Every time i come here, its 20 minute-drive thru wait, long line of cars and multiple leaving. This is after 12am as well..
