I stood there for about five minutes while the person at the register (not even wearing a Dunkin’ shirt) sat scrolling on her phone. The manager just stood nearby doing nothing. I almost walked out before she finally asked if I needed help. As I sat in my car afterward, I saw that same employee standing in line ordering food at the Dunkin’ she works at. Make it make sense. To the owner of the Dunkin’ on Thomaston Avenue: please check your cameras. Employees should not be on their phones at the register, and they should order their own food on break. I will never come back to this location. @9-11 am

I explained that I didn’t give a card and was paying cash. He then took my $7.00. Waited over 6 minutes and watched as 3 cars behind me got multiple drinks and here I am still waiting for one. I got so fed up I pulled up to the female employee who was outside talking to a friend in a car in front of me the entire time and told her to tell them to forget my order and take the $7.00 and buy a sandwich or something. Will never return to that location. At this point it should just shut down.

When the employee brought out my order, she rushed back inside so quickly that I couldn't even tell her she missed one of my drinks. I went back to the window to let them know. I also wanted to tell them that another drink was missing whipped cream, but before I could finish, they told me to go back to the door. I waited at the window for just 5 seconds to try and explain the full issue so they wouldn't have to keep running back and forth, but the employee pointed at the door and literally screamed "GO TO THE DOOR" with a completely nasty attitude. Terrible customer service. Mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for snapping at a customer over YOUR mistake when I wasn’t even being rude. I just wanted what I paid for.
