- DTDominic TorresJun 11, 20261.0I ordered 4 drinks and a donut, paid, and was told to pull up to the brown door. When the employee brought out my order, she rushed back inside so quickly that I couldn't even tell her she missed one of my drinks. I went back to the window to let them know. I also wanted to tell them that another drink was missing whipped cream, but before I could finish, they told me to go back to the door. I waited at the window for just 5 seconds to try and explain the full issue so they wouldn't have to keep running back and forth, but the employee pointed at the door and literally screamed "GO TO THE DOOR" with a completely nasty attitude. Terrible customer service. Mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for snapping at a customer over YOUR mistake when I wasn’t even being rude. I just wanted what I paid for.
