    it's not the service that was bad for me, it's the store itself. don't go here if you don't want to buy potentially dangerous food or listen to people being screamed at

    I typically visit this location about twice per week and usually order coffee and bacon, egg, and cheese wrap. Summary of incidents • 4/6: I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap. When I received it, there was no bacon and the wrap was burnt. When I raised the issue, the employee attempted to convince me that burnt cheese was bacon. After several minutes of explaining and showing that there was no bacon, I was given another wrap. • 4/9: I returned and again ordered bacon, egg, and cheese wrap. The wrap again had no bacon. I took a photo. On my next visit, I showed the photo to an employee and explained that this was the second time the same issue happened. There was no apology or acknowledgment; I was simply handed a replacement wrap with bacon. • Most recent visit (this morning): After ordering my food, the manager and another employee asked whether I had written a review about the store. I explained that I did not write a review, but that I had previously shown a picture of my wrap to an employee when reporting the missing bacon issue. The manager then said words to the effect of: “Please don’t go tell anyone if we made mistakes here and make sure to check your food before you leave.” I want to be clear: I did not write a review about this location. However, I do believe I have the right to raise concerns directly to staff when my order is incorrect. it is reasonable to place the burden on customers to “check your food before you leave” due to repeated mistakes—especially when the same item has been incorrect multiple times. This interaction left me feeling dismissed and blamed for reporting an issue. As a result, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location, especially after being confronted with a review I did not write.. So now I am writing one.

    i stop on my way to work because it’s 5 minutes away. one time i ordered a medium iced coffee. i drove away without looking at the screen. i was told my total was $6 and change. i got to the window and was told my total was $8. making sure they weren’t giving me the wrong order, i said i was just told a different total. i think it was the manager who was helping at the window who said the worker had entered it wrong and she’s new. they handed my a frozen coffee. large. when i asked for a medium iced. i didn’t bother correcting them because i wasn’t feeling picky. there was also no one else in the drive thru and no one inside i could see. i ordered another time. i asked for my same order. medium iced. again i didn’t notice they charged me for a small. i never order a small. when she was about to hand me the small, i said im sorry i ordered a medium. the girl walked away. i checked my receipt after she walked away and realized they charged me for a small. the manager came over and asked if i was waiting for something. i explained i asked for a medium and was given a small. the manager said “she’s making you a medium but you paid for a small because she’s being polite”. i wasn’t being rude , and yes i was charged for a small, i wouldn’t have minded paying the difference, but getting my order wrong almost everytime i go now, when it’s never busy. the drive thru isn’t busy, there’s no one inside, it’s just clearly not working. i went to another location this morning and had such amazing service compared to this one. never coming back here, no desire. what’s the point you don’t get what you order.
