  I wish i took a picture of how bad this order was.. first the croissant on my sandwich i banged it on table it was so hard and it wouldn't break .. and second sandwich the bacon definitely did not taste well chewy and unable to eat and coffee was not how i normally like it …. I understand if your busy in the morning but i have gone to numerous dunkins on my way to work in the busiest times and never Been so upset i want a refund and i called the place twice phone just rang and rang no voicemail or any type of me leaving a message

  Once again another dunkin' donut location that does not know how to toast a bagel. I asked for my bagel to be toasted dark and crispy every time at any location. Today the bagel was barely toasted and I don't know if it's just me but I don't like raw bagels. I asked for it toasted twice toasted dark whatever you want to call it that's exactly what I said. From now on I'm going back to buying my bagels and toasting them at home because I can get a half dozen for what I pay for one at dunkin' donuts. I think the West Main Street location is the only one that has been able to toast a bagel right every time I've been there. It's ridiculous. You got one job, toast my freaking bagel.

  Came in the morning didn’t have coffee milk for my drink then ask just for a toast and told me to park somewhere so I ask for a refund then came ime my toast to tell me it would’ve been 30 seconds if that was the case why ask me to park somewhere else for 30 seconds??? to look at it not even what I order

  I came through the drive through and after I paid,I noticed that I did not have my debit card. So I asked the girl with the huge eyelashes where my card was. And she said she had it with the cup. I searched for 5 minutes then. I found it on the passenger side in between the seat. Long story short. Please don't hand the cards back with the beverage especially not communicating that you did. Hand it over with a receipt. And then hand out the product, this could have all been avoided. Then, when I told them, I found the card, they all want to laugh. For some reason. Just do it normally.
