- EEEd3 days ago1.0Horrible! Expensive and they don't know how to fill an order, no straw, forgot French fries and the queso dip for the pretzels. Hot dogs all shriveled up, threw the bag in the garbage. The only half way decent item was the malted milk shake and decent is too generous of a word. Will not be back, advise others not to waste their money or time

- DDdaverApr 23, 20265.0I come here once a week for either food or Blizzards. (The best). While standing in line I was met by John the new DQ General manager. This guy is top shelf in my book. The way he treated all the customers as they walked in the door, was very impressive. John definitely wants to establish a one on one relationship with his customers. The best thing DQ did was to bring John onboard. Even the brand new employee at the register did a wonderful job 👍

Actually does not allow patrons to sit or dine in at all! The only ones that they service inside are the delivery workers picking up orders! The rest of us patrons have to the drive-thru to get our orders even if it's just desserts! Why on Earth if any food I want to eat after I've done shopping at the mall right across the street would I want to just order through the car and have to sit in my car and eat my food or dessert when I pay good money. This is unacceptable!! This is all the time problem at this location!!! And why!! You guys need to find out why they're only servicing delivery workers inside and having the patrons and customers outside! Especially you guys are getting good money from us customers you really are!!!!!:( We didn't even bother this time because actually my grandson who's eight saw that we were supposed to be able to eat inside and since they didn't want us inside at all, it discouraged his appetite and for us all!!!
