I waited while other delivery drivers received their orders, and when I finally asked about mine, I was told that I “didn’t speak up,” even though I had already checked in. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand restaurants get busy, but delivery drivers and customers still deserve respectful communication. I do want to mention that the manager I spoke with afterward was polite and understanding, which I appreciated.

Handed me my beer dripping wet with no napkins. That took another 7 minutes to get a napkin. The food was tasty.

What made it worse was that there were still people inside eating, so clearly the place wasn’t actually shut down. If your hours say you close at 12, then you should be serving customers until then—or at least be clear about when the kitchen actually stops taking orders. Don’t advertise one thing online and then turn people away early. It’s misleading and honestly just poor customer service. Definitely disappointed and probably won’t be coming back after this.
