  I had a frustrating experience picking up a delivery order here. When I arrived, I showed ‘Keisha R.’ the order on my phone and was instructed to wait near the entrance. I waited while other delivery drivers received their orders, and when I finally asked about mine, I was told that I “didn’t speak up,” even though I had already checked in. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand restaurants get busy, but delivery drivers and customers still deserve respectful communication. I do want to mention that the manager I spoke with afterward was polite and understanding, which I appreciated.

  Hounded by 3 homeless people at the entrance. Waitress was unnecessarily slow, chatting with other patrons when we cleared stated we were in a time crunch. Handed me my beer dripping wet with no napkins. That took another 7 minutes to get a napkin. The food was tasty.

  I arrived at 11:00 expecting to place an order, but the staff refused, saying they were already closed. This was frustrating because I made sure to get there before closing time. Businesses should honor their posted hours or at least communicate clearly if they’re closing early. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I showed up at 11:10 PM, well before their listed closing time of 12 AM, and was told they were “already closed” and refused to take my order. What made it worse was that there were still people inside eating, so clearly the place wasn’t actually shut down. If your hours say you close at 12, then you should be serving customers until then—or at least be clear about when the kitchen actually stops taking orders. Don’t advertise one thing online and then turn people away early. It’s misleading and honestly just poor customer service. Definitely disappointed and probably won’t be coming back after this.
