    I made a mistake coming here. I seen an advertisement on TV and I thought to myself, “I haven’t had Arby’s in a long time.” So I went to this Arby’s here in Waterbury and quickly wish I hadn’t come. I ordered the deluxe burger and it was cold as if it had been cooked 2 hrs prior to my arrival plus raw in the center. This fast food restaurant failed to deliver on simple quality, and freshly cooked ingredients. I had a horrible experience and will never back ever again!
