Everything is pre chopped and boiled in a bag. I understand the workers are making minimum wage but there’s got to be a better way. It’s tacos. Do better Taco Bell this is ridiculous

Employees ignore you and look right past like you are invisible without ever greeting you or providing you an update on the status of your order. Nighttime crew is especially incompetent and excessive wait times have become the norm here. It wasn't always like this, but this place has gone downhill over the last 6 to 8 months. They treat customers like an inconvenience.
