  Staff are extremely rude there. I went there 3 times this week, whenever you need help from a worker, they’ll just ignore you & walk on there phone. I also hate it when the staff talk over you. They don’t let you finish talking 1 stars ⭐️

  Store is clean but employees here are rude as hell. The florist/sales floor manager I think she also says she was when telling the other customer she’s currently helping that she can’t help me. Then at the self check out, I asked a question to the employee standing there and she was also extremely rude for no reason. Why stand there ready to help if you’re going act annoyed when asked a question. That’s literally your job. It cost nothing to be kind. Regardless of how clean the store is, I wont shop there anymore because of the employees.

  I normally pass right on by the deli counter but have been having a desire for lol cheese lately. The people working there are very pleasant but the slicing and stacking of the cheese is an absolute mess. For a medium slicing, according to the chart, I can't get one full unbroken slice out of a lb., it's a mess, frustrating and wasteful. My luck of the draw to have someone inexperienced, and would suggest a little more training. Btw, I tried the same at big Y and got the same lousy cuts. Thank you, still love my S&s but will let some time pass before once again stopping at the deli counter. PS, in previous jobs, I have been the one using the slicer for cheese and meats.
