  Pretty restaurant - terrible food. I got a chicken bowl with seasoned chicken… I received over boiled chicken with no seasoning at all. Terrible!

  This was my first and last time trying this place. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich along with fried pickles. Wait time was 5 extra minutes after ordering online but I was early anyways. Anyways below is how they wrapped my sandwich, and spoiler alert, it got all over the bag, and I had fried pickles falling out because it was wrapped the same way. To top it off the girl at the front had an attitude for no good reason with every customer. As someone who works food/fast food the employee's attitude was not acceptable and the food was mid for $15. I could've gone all the way to Meriden Wayback for better food.

  My daughter went on Mother’s Day to pick up dinner for us. This was our first time. She wanted to get chicken cutlets to surprise me. She said it was busy but mostly with Door Dash and Uber Eats. They were supposedly short staffed. She patiently waited over 45 mins which I feel was way too long. She ordered burger and fries for my son with ketchup on the side. When she finally got home an hour later, the burger had ketchup on it, no fries in the bag and the chicken cutlets were cut up into strips and put into 3 containers. The service was bad and food wasn’t even good. If you can’t staff properly for a day like Mother’s Day then maybe just close for the day. Being short staffed isn’t no excuse for poor service. We could have gone to the grocery store and I could have cooked the cutlets faster and she could have driven through McD’s for the correct order and faster. First time and last time. Sorry Hub Spoke. Do better.

  This is a take out joint. They have several different restaurant brands under one roof. We have not had anything we didn't like.

  Absolute 5-star experience at HubSpoke! From the second you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile—shoutout to Neil, who is incredibly friendly and does an awesome job with the taste testings. He makes sure every single customer feels welcome the moment they step through the door. The rest of the staff is just as great, especially the team working the pickup area; they’re quick, polite, and make the whole process seamless. The entire place is spotless, and I’m always impressed by the wide selection of fresh takeout options they have available. It’s easily one of the best spots around for a high-quality, fresh meal on the go. Highly recommend!
