Women’s bathroom was filthy with piss all over. Out of the 10 fountain soda options, only 3 actually had soda, the rest were coming out seltzer. There were no forks out for us to use. The chipotle rewards didn’t work and when I scanned it the employee got clearly annoyed and shook his head. I’ve gone to Chipotle for years because it’s always consistent. This one validates how poor this chipotle is. The past 17 reviews all 1 star validate my complaints.
- NNNicole NegronSep 13, 20261.0I was really disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle. I waited about 20 minutes in line even though there were only TWO people in front of me. The workers were moving extremely slow, and for such a short line, there was no reason the wait should have been that long. Then after waiting all that time, the food wasn’t even worth it. My guacamole had huge chunks of avocado that weren’t mashed at all, as you can clearly see in the pictures. My partner’s chicken was also burnt and so hard that it was difficult to eat. Chipotle isn’t cheap, especially when you’re paying extra for things like guacamole, so I expect the food to at least be prepared properly. Between the long wait, slow service, chunky guacamole, and burnt chicken, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Definitely not the quality I expected.
