  Most the of things I wanted were out. I wanted honey chicken but there were only like 3 small pieces left. I was going to ask for regular chicken but the worker offered to give me those pieces and regular chicken for the rest which I accepted. They ended up charging me the price for a whole bowl of honey chicken when there were only a few bits.

  Terrible, absolutely terrible. There were about 6 workers, but only one person working the line (he deserves a raise!). There was also a worker clearly on their cell phone. Three patrons had to eat with knives as the restaurant didn’t have spoons or forks at 7pm. Do better. Have some pride.

  The following is a list of items this chipotle was out of when we had the misfortune to stumble upon it: - burritos - chips - queso - carbonation in the fountain sodas - toilet paper, soap, and bleach for the bathroom (trust me, it needed the bleach) - the worker’s ability to serve more than one bowl per 20 minute interval (literally) The good news is, I didn’t leave hungry: but only because I was nauseated. Please shut this place down

  Updated the review after contacting Chipotle surprisingly I had a super quick response and they made my next visit right. They replaced me a new bowl and this time the order was correct and rice was not undercooked. Ordered through the app. Order chips and guac and they forgot to add the chips. The rice was also undercooked I couldn’t even enjoy my burrito bowl. Horrible.

  If I could give a ZERO that would be generous. I rarely leave negative reviews but this warranted it very much. Not only was my deliver order incomplete, no one answers the phone so that it can be resolved. I had to drive up to the Wallingford store to complain, The manager Roger didn’t care, did not want to rectify the problem and when I put the food on the counter, his answer when I told him I wanted my money back, he said go on the app and file it as fraud. This was not fraud, but I am guessing customer complaints will get them in trouble. I have escalated this all the way up to their corporate people, and disputed the charge on my credit card. Absolutely no way this man should be a manager and Chipotle should immediately re-evaluate their fraud department. Not all chipotle are bad, but Wallingford store is horrible. Sub par good, terrible customer service, Incompetent manager. Taco bell was more pleasurable than this place. Take your time and money and go somewhere else, find another Chipotle store to dine at.
