  This was the worse experience I have ever had in this store today 5/18/2026 I ordered a burrito there’s was no white rice in the bin I asked if he can get from the take out section they told me no there was no steak and no one cooking any at this time I then ask for the lime cilantro was told none either no ice either .. this place had absolutely nothing available to serve and there were 6 staff memebers just talking out loud no one cooking any.. the service was horrible .. I asked for ice the guy took my cup and attended someone else.. never again will I enter if I see these staff there again. And the uniform presentation was not good either ..

  Ordered a kids meal. Chicken quesadilla. My son was huffing and puffing it took us a few minutes to realize the chicken was SPICY. They didn’t put any barbacoa in my husbands taco. By far the worst chipotle. Every time you order they mess something up.

  This is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I go I say will not go there again, but it’s the only one up this way, so I do and immediately regret my decision. It’s slightly better if you go in person (and can look past the mess) and tell the (rude) employees exactly what you need - but NO NOT ever order from here. It is ALWAYS a mess. Wrong items, missing items, things piled in with care, etc. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or drive 20 minutes for a better Chipotle.

  Genuinely the worst chipotle, maybe even the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I’ve come to this location 10+ times in the past few months and every single time without fail I’ve had a completely pathetic and terrible experience.

  I usually love Chipotle and go there all the time, but this visit was honestly terrible. The chicken I was given was completely burnt—it tasted like ashes and was basically inedible. When we first ordered, they told us they were out of chicken, which was already frustrating after waiting in line for about 15 minutes. What made it worse was that after we complained and said we were willing to wait for fresh chicken, they didn’t even make a new batch. Instead, they went over to the DoorDash pickup area and scooped chicken from there to give to us. That felt really unsanitary and careless. Overall, this experience was disappointing and not what I expect from a place I usually enjoy. I really hope they improve their food quality and handling, because this was unacceptable.
