  The place was extremely dirty, one of bathrooms wasn’t working and the other was a nightmare. Napkins everywhere. Pee on the floor and no toilet paper. The employees were also extremely rude to me as well as other customers. L chipotle 👎

  Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. This was one of the worst Chipotle visits I’ve had. The staff appeared completely unprofessional and inattentive. There were no juice options for kids only soda was offered. The soda machine had no ice and the soda was warm. There were also no serving trays available to carry the food. While I was waiting in line, customers behind me actually had to yell at employees to put on gloves before handling food. Several employees were standing around talking loudly and using inappropriate language in front of children(literally trash talker employees), while tables were left dirty even though there were no customers waiting to be served. The kids’ meal was also missing basic options. There was no tortilla/soft taco option for the kids’ meal, no fajita vegetables, and no hot sauce. The chips tasted stale and seemed to have been fried in old or poor quality oil. The most concerning issue was the restroom situation. The men’s restroom was out of order, so customers were directed to use the women’s restroom, which was filthy and disgusting. Given the overall lack of cleanliness and the apparent food handling concerns, I am seriously concerned about whether this location is meeting basic food safety and hygiene standards. I may report the conditions to the local health department so they can determine whether the location is complying with applicable regulations. This location needs significant improvement in staff professionalism, food handling, cleanliness, customer service, and basic hygiene. Management should take these issues seriously

  Food has no flavor, the steak was cold in my moms rice bowl and the chicken was cold in my taco which made no sense as they told my mom they just finished making it as she arrived to pick it up.

  What happened to chipotle. The place was filthy. There was a dirty water bucket with a mop in the middle of the floor. We had to eat outside because every table was filthy. It took a while to get waited on even though there were 5 people working. And the food was just fair.

  This is primarily a complaint about 1 mid-aged male Frontline worker OR corporate policy, I'm not sure which. I walk into the restaurant and my wife places her order at the counter, and they are out of cheese. There's a giant block of cheese behind them and they are cutting it. I suggest we wait, and the staff tell me that's cheese for to go orders only. How silly. Cheese is fungible. So, I get out of line and place my order on the app, and low and behold, I get cheese? Magic! After I did this, other people walked in, and asked the same question I did about cheese and the person before me got cheese. Somehow, the different worker who helped them managed to get cheese! Incredible.
