- JWJenny West1 day ago2.0I think this place is very unprofessional and very rude for starters I see a man a male throwing his left over change at a FEMALE worker I am disgusted and disappointed in this place I enjoy going often but lately it’s been shitty excuse my language but the last time a got a French toast bagel it was hard and almost cold I just think this is a place that needs to do better

I placed an online order (estimated wait time 15 minutes), drove 10 minutes across town and still had to wait 25 more minutes for my 2 sandwich order. I asked multiple times about my order while I was waiting just to be told "it's coming right up" while I watched people walk in, place an order, and get their food multiple times before I ever received my order. Don't bother ordering ahead it won't save you any time.

- MVMaria VallettaJul 11, 20262.0This place is ran by teenagers and the only older person running the place was texting and talking her cellphone with her food prep gloves on in front of customers. One girl was playing with the broken up eggs, they were all joking around while I waited patiently for my one breakfast sandwich to be done. They made one and put it aside and when I asked if it was mine they gave me attitude and pointed to the girl on her phone "who was making it now", the sandwich was mediocre at best. Best part of the experience was the friendly girl at the register who was giving out samples and trying to give good customer service, she gets the stars here for this restaurant. Management needs to know how poorly their establishment is being run hence I am writing this review.
