  I love this 7brew compared to the other locations but the past few weeks the younger kids working here have been absolutely awful. Their customer service is horrible, I’m waiting 20 minutes at least to even just order my drink. They’re too busy standing in groups at the front talking about anything and everything rather than working. I am all for having fun at your job but I should not have to wait 30 minutes for a drink in a line with only 4 cars

  Super fast and efficient process to get coffee. It was my first time trying 7Brew since they dont have one close to me. Got the iced blondie and it was excellent. The staff were super friendly and polite. Will definitely stop at this spot again when i find myself in the area.

  Excellent customer service. Lattes had a good flavor and we're not acidic. There are numerous options on the menu from smoothies to match and tea. The menu does not have food. The line is a little confusing and we were not close enough to scan the QR code which is a little strange to me so when we got to the customer service person we didn't know what we wanted. She was super helpful and very nice. Our order was perfect and we really enjoyed the lattes.

  I have always had great experiences here, but today was different. At approximately 4:30 PM, a female employee walked up to my car and said, “Hey bro, what’s up yo, what you want today yo.”It was incredibly unprofessional and forced. As a non-white customer, her exaggerated tone made me feel highly uncomfortable, and it felt like she was treating me based on a racial stereotype. It was alienating and confusing. Because of this interaction, I honestly do not feel comfortable returning to this location.

  Horrible customer service. Instead of going to the next person in line they go side to side, so make sure you pick the correct line otherwise you could be waiting longer than people that come after you. Staff is rude. I loved the concept of this company. They’ve messed up my drinks. The last few times I’ve gone and I just don’t want to spend my money in Tips here when Starbucks in Dunkin’ Donuts treat you so much nicer.
