- JBJonathan BaisleyOct 2, 20261.0I’ve been frequenting this location since recently starting working in the area. The drive thru is often very slow moving so today I ordered for an inside pickup. When I got there I was happy to see an empty drive thru so I utilized that instead. The staff member rudely informed me that I had ordered for inside pickup not drive thru and if I do that again in the future they will not give me my coffee at the drive thru, they will make me go inside to pick it up like I ordered. I understand I ordered for inside pickup, but is it really that difficult for the employee to walk an extra 5 steps to pick up my drink? So much for putting the customer first.

The displays are on point. The area is clean. The visuals are vibrant. The people are lively, and if they’re having a bad day, you honestly wouldn’t be able to tell I come across many Dunkin’ Donuts. I do a ton of reviews and by far I must say kudos to the team here into the management. Your staff is doing a wonderful and great job every time I go there to pick up food for other people they always acknowledge me as I am as some other places frowned upon you because you are doing GrubHub, DoorDash or Uber eats as if we are unemployed, but the team here are very, very considerate and understanding that time lost is lost money in our pockets, I’ve never gone here and had to wait for my order. It was always ready prep prepared and ready for me to pick up and I’d also like to note that the lady that runs the front desk that where is the headdress is very consistently polite and addressing customers as they come in, I took some photos so people don’t think I’m discriminating against any other Dunkin’ Donuts that I reviewed so to the Dunkin Dunkin’ Donuts franchise incorporation these guys are doing a great job
