  Drinks are decent if not a bit pricey but wasn’t isn’t nowadays. My only grievance is with some of the employees. Most of them are wonderful and super kind, but there are also quite a few of them that make you feel like a bother for even being there. I’m constantly rushed to the point where it feels less about being efficient and quick and more about being annoyed and I’m never even asked if I want to put in a phone number until I bring it up, and it seems that whenever I have a free drink coupon it irks them. I work customer service and I really commend anyone else who does because I get it, it’s tough and people can be nasty. But the attitudes are really off putting especially when I always make sure I’m kind, patient, and respectful.

  Last night I visited 7 Brew Coffee and had an uncomfortable experience that I think should be addressed. While waiting for my order to be taken, I noticed two employees in the back of the stand kiss during their shift. I understand that employees may have personal relationships, but behavior like that in view of customers feels unprofessional and takes away from the overall experience. I’m sharing this not to get anyone in trouble, but to bring awareness so it can be handled appropriately. I’d still consider coming back, but I hope situations like this are taken more seriously moving forward.

  The staff is always so friendly and the drinks are always great. Today specifically though, all I needed after a long, crappy day at work was a nice cold lemonade. I wasn’t able to get there until right before closing and felt really bad, but the staff were still super kind and my drink was a 10/10. Thank you for making a bad day a little bit better

  7 Brew in Vernon, CT is easily one of the best coffee stands in Connecticut and Massachusetts. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and always ready with great recommendations when I’m unsure what to try. The music adds to the experience, giving the whole place a fun, energetic vibe. I usually go for their iced coffees or energy drinks, and the flavor combinations feel endless—every one I’ve tried has been spot on. I’ve also had their teas and smoothies, which are just as impressive. Compared to other coffee chains, 7 Brew really stands out. Definitely worth checking out!

  Leaving the food review cause the coffee is actually good, wait times are garbage unless it’s literally empty and they do nothing to compensate. Oh but you can listen to their obnoxiously loud terrible music and barely hear what’s in your own car while you wait. And don’t trust 5 star reviews they gave people free coasters to get free reviews for some dumb contest. Good coffee if you wanna wait your life away in line
