- ESEleni SarafopoulosMay 9, 20261.0I keep trying to give Benis my business, but unfortunately the service continues to disappoint. I don’t understand why the posted hours say they’re open until 11 PM, yet when I called at 9 PM I was told they were already closing. Consistency and customer service really matter, especially in the food industry. As someone whose family owns a food business, it’s frustrating to experience such poor communication and attitude repeatedly. I genuinely wanted to support this place, but experiences like this make it difficult.
- RRRyMay 5, 20262.0The vibes were great, but the food wasn't it. There was an issue and the way they responded just wasn't right, at all. Like no apologies or anything, and we had a party of at least 25(yes we called ahead, the issue wasn't with the party).

Took my girlfriend there and continually got the stank eye from the server. When I asked for more bread, she rolled her eyes. I recommend Benis re-trains their servers and is a little more people friendly especially since we are paying high prices. Still left a 30% tip but won't be back soon.
