The food was great but the service from the new lady that brings out the orders to the parking lot gave me the biggest attitude for asking where my sauces were. I simply ordered them online, which did not allow me to be charged. That is simply not my fault that their system is screwed up. This was on May 4, 2026. The lady was very rude. Walked away from me while I was trying to ask her what went wrong. I’m very disappointed with this place. This used to be the best McDonald’s in all of Hartford County. Sad to see things change. To the owner of this franchise stop sending us a link that we can’t even click on to contact you. It’s embarrassing.

Further, I was given two case numbers from McDonald's main Customer Service with assurance this Simsbury franchise would respond. Nothing as of now. Too bad. There are so many more fast-food options these days. ORIGINAL POST-> The drive thru line was so long I decided to go inside and order. My quarter pounder had a hair in it. The kiosk was pretty benign.
