  I never hop online and do reviews but here we are. I have been going to this Dunkin ever since I started my new job back in March/april 2026. Every morning i work I go around 6am. I want to start off by saying the older woman who I see every morning is genuinely the rudest worker ever. Half the time when I go in she gives me an attitude, rushes me and is just unbelievably rude. Today I walked in and they have their new fall menu up. I saw the green apple drink with the purple cold foam so I asked politely what flavor was the cold foam or is it just colored purple. She immediately got so rude and was like “I don’t know” rolling her eyes and genuinely being so rude. I decided to get a pumpkin latte instead, which was also disgusting. Half the time when I get my coffee here it tastes like watered down coffee. Anyways it took them a whole 15 minutes to get my order of a medium latte and hashbrowns out. This is the second day in a row that I was now late to work because they clearly cannot work properly, I showed up to the Dunkin today with 10 minutes extra and was still late to work because of how unorganized they are. People who also ordered after me somehow got their coffee before me. Again I would like to state how incredibly rude the older woman is who works everyday. I don’t understand how she is not fired yet🤦🏼‍♀️. The only good worker there is the one who works on the food in the early mornings tbh. With my experience today I will definitely not be going back to that Dunkin again. You just lost a long time costumer. Please for the love of god fire that woman who works in the mornings 🙏🏻 why would you hire someone who clearly hates their job and the costumers who come in?

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered inside, and waited over 10 min without ever getting my food. Others were ordering after me and getting food before me. When I asked for a refund, stating I couldn't wait any longer, the employee stated “other people have waited over 20 minutes”. At this point I handed my coffee back because I no longer wanted any of the products or my money back.

  I've visited this location multiple times since moving here and today's experience was so bad, for the first time in my life I walked out of a Dunkin or any fast food place for that matter without ordering. I came in at approximately 12 pm on a Thursday and patiently waited to place my order. I noticed they were busy and continued to wait, another gentleman was behind me and at this point I had been waiting 10 minutes just to place my order. While waiting I noticed one person making sandwiches, a poor teenage girl who looked like it was her first day and even apologized to me, a worker who came from the back looked at the other computer and walked back to the back (probably on break), and another employee sweeping and laughing with the woman cooking. I continued to wait patiently even after I saw the employee sweeping pull out her phone. It was when that employee said she needed to mop, she asked the younger teenage employee "do you know how to do mop water?" the gentleman behind me said "they haven't even taken your order yet?" I said "no they have someone who doesn't know how to do it which isn't her fault, someone busy on the ovens, and someone who's prioritizing sweeping and mopping over the customer" the employee sweeping started arguing back at me, but I couldn't understand what they were saying and at that point I decided to just leave. I understand being new, I understand keeping the restaurant clean, I understand people on break, I understand being busy but I can't understand not at least having someone there to take mine and my fellow customers orders and prioritize customer service and customer's time.

  Went on a Friday 2 hours before closing. Ordered a medium cappuccino but it felt too light to be a medium even though it was in the right size cup. Cappuccino wasn’t hot enough and they were vacuuming and cleaning up while we were sitting there which was very noisy and quite unwelcoming.

  I stop here a couple times a week on my way to work. This morning there were three people working, three people ahead of me in line and 4 people behind me in line and I could see they had a lot of online orders. They took the orders of the three in front of me then stopped. I waited for 15 minutes and they did not even acknowledge the rest of us in line, which was now at least six, I had to leave or I would have been late for work. Instead of having one person handle the register, one filling the register orders and one handling the online orders they were just all scrambling. I will no longer stop at this D&D. If the lot is full go a mile up the road to another D&D and get fast service.
