- DCDan CapronJul 23, 20261.0I've visited this location multiple times since moving here and today's experience was so bad, for the first time in my life I walked out of a Dunkin or any fast food place for that matter without ordering. I came in at approximately 12 pm on a Thursday and patiently waited to place my order. I noticed they were busy and continued to wait, another gentleman was behind me and at this point I had been waiting 10 minutes just to place my order. While waiting I noticed one person making sandwiches, a poor teenage girl who looked like it was her first day and even apologized to me, a worker who came from the back looked at the other computer and walked back to the back (probably on break), and another employee sweeping and laughing with the woman cooking. I continued to wait patiently even after I saw the employee sweeping pull out her phone. It was when that employee said she needed to mop, she asked the younger teenage employee "do you know how to do mop water?" the gentleman behind me said "they haven't even taken your order yet?" I said "no they have someone who doesn't know how to do it which isn't her fault, someone busy on the ovens, and someone who's prioritizing sweeping and mopping over the customer" the employee sweeping started arguing back at me, but I couldn't understand what they were saying and at that point I decided to just leave. I understand being new, I understand keeping the restaurant clean, I understand people on break, I understand being busy but I can't understand not at least having someone there to take mine and my fellow customers orders and prioritize customer service and customer's time.

Cappuccino wasn’t hot enough and they were vacuuming and cleaning up while we were sitting there which was very noisy and quite unwelcoming.

This morning there were three people working, three people ahead of me in line and 4 people behind me in line and I could see they had a lot of online orders. They took the orders of the three in front of me then stopped. I waited for 15 minutes and they did not even acknowledge the rest of us in line, which was now at least six, I had to leave or I would have been late for work. Instead of having one person handle the register, one filling the register orders and one handling the online orders they were just all scrambling. I will no longer stop at this D&D. If the lot is full go a mile up the road to another D&D and get fast service.
