I've ordered cake in the past that was not ready for the day of pick up cause they put down the wrong date. I've had prices not match when I checked out. Produce looking old or moldy seems pretty common. Occasionally found expired items. Heard an employee complain about a customer returning something they didn't need anymore and they cant sell the return....just sounded unnecessarily annoyed by it like the store doesnt have an overabundance that they let go to waste.
