The custard “filled” doughnut only contained a pea sized amount of custard. Compare this to new jersey shops where they contain about a teaspoon of custard. So after leaving the slot machines with very little money, you leave the doughnut shop with very little custard. Sigh.

Unfortunately, the assistant manger lady was very inconsiderate upon ordering. The so called “assistant manger” rushed our entire order after specifically telling her that we weren’t familiar with the menu. We even ended up getting a flavor doughnut that wasn’t requested. Being rushed is disrespectful as a customer and I hate poor service. I won’t be back again! These doughnuts are average, if that…. It’s nothing out of this world. I’ve had better from local businesses.

The donuts are from another planet good. Unfortunately, but the customer service was not. It was packed and loud in there, so it was already hard to hear and order. We don’t have Krispy Kreme in where I am from so I’m not 100% familiar with how their ordering works.
The guy helping me, Chris, a bundle of sunshine, immediately came across like I was bothering him. When I explained what I wanted, sighing audibly multiple times. he said, “That doesn’t make sense” when I wanted a 6 count of original glazed? Instead of just helping me figure it out. Maybe towards the end of the transaction he seemed like he was trying to explain his response. The whole interaction felt very condescending and is disappointing because I traveled to Mohegan Sun for the Krispy Kreme for my bday
I understand working a busy Saturday night isn’t fun, but customers shouldn’t be made to feel dumb for ORDERING.
