- SIS IgnazioMar 10, 20261.0Been a returning customer for decades and never usually have an issue at this location (the main Krispy Kreme at Mohegan, not the smaller side locations), but this last visit, I'm pretty disappointed with both the quality (lack thereof) and service. Several creme-filled donuts had small clumps of what looked to be Crisco or lard not fully mixed in, which was unappealing. I also ordered a chocolate truffle donut as part of my dozen, and was surprised to find out the next day that it was hollow- totally unfilled. The fact that not only the employee who fills donuts failed to notice, but also the employee who gave me the donut failed to somehow note the obvious weight difference between a normally filled donut and one that wasn't; shows some quality control issues are going on here. The staff the last couple times I've come also look miserable, like they hate their jobs. This place used to be good, but not sure what's going on at this spot anymore.
