- CVChanel ValMay 6, 20261.0Whoever they had working today 5/6/26 at 2 PM. (A guy) Needs extreme training. I never experienced such poor service at any Dunkin before. This was above and beyond ridiculous. Incompetence. I come here every single morning. Never anything too bad, usually amazing esp if favorite worker is working who is great. (I wish had name) she goes above and beyond.. there’s about 4 usuals that are amazing. Need to get names. However today and yesterday there seems to be a new guy and his service, attention to detail, etc. Seems to be a couple new workers who haven’t seen before. Including a lady with glasses who is INSANELY rude and aggressive for no reason whatsoever. Left all of us jaw dropped the way she slammed window in face after practically throwing order at us (3 coffees). Had manners and respect and not a large order so was very confused at her demeanor. It wasn’t packed either. I understand alone but nobody was complaining so idk why she had to throw that in face and act so annoyed and offended at my usual mobile order. I stg was not a rude bone in my body, all I said was name for order and thank you. everyone in car vouched that as we were shocked at the treatment at speaker and window. this lady should just work at a dmv not in service. Ridiculous.
