Came to buy ice cream and nobody was at the counter. Waited for 20 minutes and no one came. Lights were on but nobody home.

There is only one person working and she seems very new. She had to look up the recipe on the phone in order to know what goes in the sundae. There are 6 people online waiting to order and she's making a online order and spending a full minute on where to place the sticker. I understand having new workers but there is no one here to train or help. How can you leave one untrained employee to run the whole shop. There's a sign that says this is independently owned and operated so that means it's on the owner.
