The woman who is always there is awful with a terrible attitude, she is mean to her coworkers as well! Smile kindness goes a long way. If you hate your job so much then find another!

Awful. Do not use the kiosk. I had 733 points and was using them to pay for my bagel minis and it declined but then took 500 of my points?!?! I then tell the employee about it and she replied “oh idk” and laughed. Rude. Had to leave with 500 less points and no bagel minis. I’m mad. Do not support this Dunkin.

They took down the menu so now you can't even see the price before you order. In this economic climate, hiding the prices from the consumer is actively hostile.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin. The behavior of one female staff member. She was extremely rude and openly scolding her coworkers right in front of customers. Customer service should be welcoming, but her attitude was harsh and disrespectful, not only toward customers but toward her own team.
I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training on professionalism and respectful communication.

Smh because I was actually anticipating the moment when I could finally try one of the bacon jam items. Imagine my surprise when I sit down and open the box just to see 3 pieces of cheese flopped over the side of the bread. I was about to just take the sandwich home and grill it my damn self, but since my intention was to eat BEFORE going home. I walked back up to the counter and kindly asked the middle aged Indian Dunkin employee who prepared the sandwich to finish the job. She didn't apologize, rather she got defensive and said something about a cheese sandwich. I said, um, yes I ordered a GRILLED cheese sandwich. The younger employee, a Hispanic woman stated that she would put the sandwich back in the oven. I thanked her and gently explained that I just wanted what I ordered and asked if either her or her coworker actually knew what a grilled cheese was. No answer. How embarrassing Dunkin'. And definitely not on my 2025 bingo card. Thank goodness, the sandwich was good overall and it was pretty sizable. Where can I post my before and after pics?
