  Very uneven parking lot the shopping carts will roll into another car otherwise it's a great little plaza

  every time I make an online order something is wrong. I did a cancelation last week as they told me they were behind on orders by almost 2 hours and I wasn’t waiting till 7pm to pick it up. I asked it to be cancelled so I can do my shopping myself which I don’t mind it’s just hard as I live far and don’t always have the time to spend doing that. I got my money refund and used over 1100 of my points but NEVER received my points back (i use my points for gas usually this was the one time I didn’t because it’s expensive now that’s the only reason I even go to stop and shop for the gas points) tried to call and NO ONE knew the answer of if I get my points back or why I wouldn’t (I understand some employees just run out of orders or collect them but transfer me to someone who knows or something or at least might give me a good answer). I was told there was no manager there and to call back called back and phone rang for 15 minutes before I got hung up on.They do not have the self scanners at this stop and shop which is why I place orders here as I also live over 30 minutes from this store and it’s the closest to me. Just all around very irritated and upset at the way this stop and shop runs their pick up department and how no one has a clue about things they should or at least guess or give me someone who knows.. The inside of this stop and shop is nice and always clean so that’s a plus but that’s all that’s good about this one. I never write reviews but i’m genuinely fed up with this location and I hope no one deals with the same issues I have.

  I had the pleasure through assistance of my check out with a very nice lady, Shelley. Nice personality, made eye contact with a smile, checked out my groceries in a timely manner and aware of my sale products. Lindsay assisted in bagging my groceries. Again very nice personality as she carefully bagged everything and in a timely manner. What a great team! Love my Stop and Shop. I’m a long time customer

  usually like coming here, but two item on their front page ad were not here and CSR said sometimes we don't even get the items. if we run out, also too bad. the ad does not list that. very loud. waste of time. can see why the store isn't busy. so very disappointed
