  The rush you to order just to consistently mess it up entirely. Never fails. Terrible service.

  Usually I come here without issue but tonight was unbelievable. I pulled up to the drive-thru and was greeted by probably the rudest worker I have ever experienced in my life. he rushed me through my order to the point I had to ask him multiple times to relax because I couldn't focus on ordering with my family still trying to look at the menu. I ordered a super sonic double, kids burger jr, coney dog combo and a 8 piece mozzarella stick. when I told the worker taking my order I changed my mind about the coney dog and just wanted to do the mozzarella sticks as a combo (which if they couldn't be combo'd no big deal I would just get a drink and fry on the side) the worker rushed me to the window telling me ok no coney. upon getting to the window to pay he told me the price which was the same price with the coney dog still on there. when I said no hot dog he looked at me with a blank expression not understanding what i was saying to him. So because he didn't speak much English which again is usually no big deal. He just wouldn't take no for a answer and kept telling me that there's no coney dog no coney dog no coney dog and then proceeded to hand me the coney dog and the rest of my order. I tried my best to keep cool and not be mad at the miscommunication because it happens but NO is usually universal. now I got something that no one wanted and spent way more then I feel I should have had to spend. I have been strong armed by a failure to employ competent workers. there are 1000s English speaking people looking for jobs why you cant hire a couple to work your window is beyond me. definitely the last time i come here for a long while or ill just use the app and mobile order I guess because the drive thru is always a issue. please don't get me started on the food tonight half of it was inedible at best.

  Standard sonic food the staff is fine and food comes out relatively quick but definitely not too quick. wouldnt go out of your way.
