I am writing this review so the owner of this Dunkin’ location knows about the unacceptable customer service I experienced on October 3, 2026, around 9:40 a.m. I have visited this location almost daily for over 10 years. Many of the regular employees even know my order. I sometimes have difficulty pronouncing certain words, and the staff have always been kind and patient. That is why today’s experience with a different team was so shocking. I was ordering a dozen donuts at the drive-through, but the screen did not clearly show which flavors were available. When I asked about other flavors, the attendant listed them very quickly and immediately asked whether I wanted anything else. I felt rushed and said, “Please stop rushing me and being impatient.” There was still a car ahead of me. A man who identified himself as the manager then accused me of being rude to her. I explained that I was simply trying to place my order. His behavior surprised me so much that I asked whether he was really the manager. The manager I remembered was a polite, patient woman. He told me she no longer worked there. He then said, “Well, leave my driveway. I am not serving you anymore.” He was not the owner, and referring to it as “my driveway” while ordering a longtime customer to leave was especially unprofessional. I started recording because I could not believe how these two employees were handling the situation, and I have a recording of the exchange. Both employees appeared young, and their handling of the situation showed a clear need for customer service training. My child was with me, and I chose not to engage further or allow the exchange to become an argument. Asking which flavors are available is a normal part of ordering. Customers deserve patience and clear answers, including those who may have difficulty with pronunciation. Being rushed, confronted, and told to leave is unacceptable. I strongly disapprove of this treatment. I am posting this because I want the owner to review what happened, speak with the employees working that morning, and make sure they are properly trained and held accountable for how they treat customers. A manager should know how to resolve a concern respectfully. I enjoyed coming here for many years, which makes this especially disappointing. As long as these two employees remain at this location, I will take my business elsewhere.

They don’t know the difference between toasted dark and burning the bagel. I can’t even ask for a regular toasted bagel cause they don’t even know how to do that right. It’s tastes doughy and not all they eat toasted. This happens every time I come. Whoever is on sandwiches Do better!

I asked for regular bacon without seasoning on it and they burnt my bacon to a crisp. It’s all black
