- EMElle M1 day ago2.0First time going, first impression, I went to grab my order that was supposed to be on the shelf at this point, 20 minutes after I had placed the order and it wasn't on the shelf, we told them we had a pick up order and the lady pointed to the shelf and said nothing, we were waiting for another 10 minutes after all the employees ignored us and made 2 other walk in customer orders. And its loud as all hell in there they have the music absolutely blasting i could barely even hear myself talk, we had to yell over to the employee to even get her to look over and then she just grabbed my order that was ready and sitting there the ENTIRE TIME and gave it to me and basically rolled her eyes as I said thank you. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Hopefully the foods alright.

After trying chicken the first time I figured steak was safe..the steak didnt taste or look like steak, the meat is plain gross. Safe to say I will not be visiting again! Also, the employees are SO rude, just handed me by food at the window - no hello or thank you. After I said 'thank you' no response. RUDE!
