One staff member was taking our order and the other staff member was handing us our coffee as we ordered, perhaps they could tell how tired we looked and needed that coffee. The also thanked us as we left.

I asked for a drink with no ice(i got severely ill once and it was tracked back to contaminated ice) and i got an attitude saying they can do less ice but not no ice. I insisted and also let them know other dunkins do this all the time (they just charge more). Was argued with more and i insisted so they took the order and i pulled up. Then they asked me what my order was 3 times before finding it and then was given a half full drink. They even asked if i wanted it in a small cup. No because i ordered a medium. Just a terrible experience and you should do better. Now im not there often so losing me as a customer wont matter but there are reasons ppl ask for what they ask for and attitude and poor service should be looked at here
