- LPLeslie PerezJun 19, 20261.0I’m all for giving young adults opportunities to work and build experience, but honestly, this Dunkin’ can do better. The staff could use more training on preparing drinks and food with care and consistency. I’ve given this location several chances, and unfortunately, each visit has been more disappointing than the last. The customer service is often lacking, the store frequently appears unclean and disorganized, and both the drive-thru and lobby lines tend to be very long. It also seems like the employees may be understaffed or overwhelmed, which sometimes comes across in their interactions with customers. I hope management takes a closer look at the overall operation, because with the right support and training, this location has the potential to provide a much better customer experience.

This place is just over all disgusting and should not be open the managers all have horrible attitudes and the staff can never get orders right. This will be the LAST time we will be purchasing from Dunkin’ Donuts on honeypot road

They can only do one person at a time and even so they still make the next person. Wait 510 minutes and yet again you still gotta wait more time at the window on a weekend at worst when there’s no one really out there do better Duncan do better. I would put less than one if I could.
