- TST Stoday1.0First off, the images on google for this location are incorrect, this is the dunkin location that shares the building with Pizza Mike's and the gas station. This is not the dunkin in the UConn Campus. With that being said, this is the worst Dunkin I have been to. I usually tend to avoid Dunkin and go to Starbucks instead because all Dunkins are inconsistent and Starbucks seems to have some sort of better quality control and better training for their employees, but sometimes I also have no choice but to go to dunkin because it's less out of the way and there are more of them in this area. However, this dunkin takes the cake for being the best at forgetting items. This one will screw up your order 9 times out of ten without fail with at least one item missing. Problem is even worse when ordering through doordash as the dasher cannot check the bag for you to see if they forgot something, so you have no choice but to order through doordash a second time! There was another instance where I waited in the drive-thru here, they forgot my donut, and when I brought it up, they said it was because they were out of that specific donut and they could replace it with another one. Why not just communicate with me up front that you are out and can replace it instead of not including it at all and staying silent waiting for me to catch that it's missing!? I am convinced they screw up on purpose hoping you don't notice for the sake of getting customers in and out as fast as possible. I will now go further out of my way to order at the dunkin near Willington Pizza House or the Dunkin in the Uconn campus instead because this location seriously needs to get it together.

I wish I could like this place, I really do, but Insomnia takes the cake. Go to Insomnia Cookies for sugar, not this dump.
