  Nice, clean store with a good variety of products. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices are a bit high compared to other supermarkets nearby. Great place to shop, especially when items are on sale.

  Toto went out of his way to get Macintosh apples from the back. Well merchandised produce section. That's why we shop here. Thanks ! Large parking lot. Always room in the back. Just watch out for the drivers who do not yield to pedestrians.

  This store is not following the posted Stop & Shop return policy displayed at the customer service desk. I attempted to process a return in accordance with the stated policy, but the supervisor, Miriam, completely disregarded it and instead offered only a $5 refund, stating that no other return option was available. This directly conflicts with the corporate return policy that is publicly posted and meant to be honored. In addition to the policy not being followed, the handling of the situation felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of assisting with the return in line with store guidelines, I felt pressured and treated in a way that made the process uncomfortable and unnecessarily difficult. The advertised “hassle-free return policy” does not appear to be upheld at this location based on my experience. Customers should be able to rely on the written policy provided in-store without it being ignored or selectively applied. I strongly encourage management to address this inconsistency and ensure all staff are properly trained to follow corporate return procedures. As it stands, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
