  I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up. Staff made multiple order errors that night—wrong food, missing items, wrong drinks. When my order was finally ready, the cups weren’t filled. The manager told me to fill them myself while the restaurant was busy. When I asked why I should do that after paying for a service, she refused to help, then spent thirty-five minutes botching a refund attempt. She eventually called the police on me for asking for filled drinks. The police themselves looked confused by the call. This manager’s inability to spend two minutes solving a problem resulted in wasting everyone’s time and taxpayer resources. I request immediate management review and retraining.

  Hey McDonald’s, Some of the workers have no customer service especially the night crew they are rude over the speaker phone in the drive thru when you try and place an order when they can’t hear something that was said over the speaker they say “What?” Or “What else” with and attitude and they get my order wrong half of the time because they don’t listen they seem as if they are rushing but rushing to not even do a good job. I had to come back several times for wrong orders especially when I emphasize I had a food Allergy and to not include something on my burger they brush over those things and just rush.Do better McDonald’s on training your staff to have customer service skills and actually listen and get orders correct.

  Always busy and short staffed, so slow to get food, never hot. Interior seating and beverage area always a mess.
