The burgers and fries are consistently good, and I especially like getting the seasoning on the side for the fries. It’s an easy go to when I want something fast. The pricing is getting out of hand, though. I’ll continue to patronize Five Guys, just not as often as I used to.
- ZSZ'eva SaraJul 10, 20264.0First time at 5 Guys. Ordered takeout. Took 8-10 minutes for my order of regular burger with sauteed mushrooms, small fries. Also got a regular-size soda. If not excellent, burger was VERY good: tasty, juicy, huge(they give you 2 patties). Those fries: among the best I've had anywhere. The aroma of fresh fried potatoes from the bag hit me as soon as I got it. And the size! I would imagine that anyone ordering a large would be carrying it out in a construction bucket. It took 15 torturous minutes to drive home through Stamford's labyrinth of road work. Yet, the food was still hot in the bag. Nirvana! Restaurant atmosphere: Had to walk up two long flights of stairs to reach the ladies room, then walk back down to collect my food order. Not good for those with disabilities. The small eating area(same floor) was well-provided with tables/chairs but IMO, was clinical-looking. Some wall decorations would help. I'll be back. 😋

Fast food place wouldn't go there again. I recommend it if you know.If it's the only option but I wouldn't go there again

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
