  A huge thank you to EB222 Cafe & Catering for your kindness today! ❤️🙏🏽 Today was an emotional day as my younger son underwent surgery. While we were at the hospital, someone else dropped my older son off at camp. In the middle of everything, I realized I had forgotten to pack his lunchbox. As a mom, I immediately worried that he wouldn't have anything to eat. Thankfully, I was able to place a lunch order for him at the very last minute through EB222 Cafe & Catering. Knowing he had a good lunch while I stayed by my younger son's side brought me so much peace during an already stressful day. Thank you for your kindness and for helping make a difficult day a little easier. Sometimes the smallest acts of care make the biggest difference. We are truly grateful! ❤️🙏🏽

After one bite, I looked the owner in the eye and said what needed to be said: “You did it. You made the best sandwich in the world.” Here’s what makes this sandwich unforgettable: Two Eggs Over Medium The richness of the yolks, still slightly runny, creates a luscious texture that acts almost like a built-in sauce. They bring a comforting warmth and savory depth that anchors every bite. Thick-Cut Maple Bacon Salty, smoky, and kissed with sweetness, the maple bacon is a standout ingredient. Its crisp edges contrast beautifully with the softness of the eggs, while the maple adds just the right touch of caramelized complexity. Sharp Cheddar Cheese Melted perfectly between the warm eggs and bacon, the cheddar adds a creamy tang that ties the protein together. It doesn’t overpower—it enhances. Calabrian Chili Aioli This is the spark that sets everything off. The aioli brings a gentle, lingering heat from the Calabrian chilis and a creamy richness that coats the palate without being heavy. It’s bold but balanced, cutting through the richness with a welcome kick. Fresh Arugula Peppery and slightly bitter, the arugula brings a layer of freshness and bite.   I had Enrique cater a surprise birthday party for my wife. It was beyond exceptional, the meal prepared by Enrique and his team was 5 star and I will be using EB222 for all parties moving forward! They set up a small kitchen area and had a professional set up for service. Everything was timed perfectly and all guest were lost for words as to how perfect the food was prepared and delivered! Thank you so much for making my wife’s birthday party a success!

  I highly recommend EB222! Enrique catered the food for our wedding. The horderves and food selection was absolutely delicious!!. He is very professional, reliable and an incredible chef. I was very happy and satisfied with his service; i highly recommend!
