- KGKunal GoelJun 17, 20261.0The service was absolutely terrible. The older lady serving us had difficulty understanding and communicating in English, which led to multiple mistakes with our order. I asked if there was someone else who could assist or translate, but my request was denied. We were traveling with kids and preparing for an early morning road trip back to Toronto at around 6:30 a.m., so this was the last thing we needed. I ordered 2 sets of bagels, but she entered 8 sets by mistake. Even after confirming the order, she never repeated it back to us. When I received the bill, I noticed the error and had to spend additional time correcting it. The order was changed from 8 sets to 3 sets, and I received a refund for the difference. After nearly 30 minutes of unnecessary confusion and delays, we finally left and got back on I-90 toward Toronto. Unfortunately, when we later checked the order, we discovered that we had been charged for 3 sets of bagels but had only received 1 set. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially after already dealing with the earlier mistakes. This experience completely disrupted the start of our trip. I am posting this review a week later because I’ve been busy with work and family commitments, but I felt others should be aware of the poor service we received. Shame on you Dunkin! For treating tourists like that!
