- KJKaren JJun 8, 20261.0Google said they close at 10pm on Monday’s. Went to get iced coffee at 9:35pm. They said they weren’t serving anymore.
- BRBrittany RichJun 7, 20261.0This is hands down consistently the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I only go because it’s the only one near me with a drive through on my way to work. I order the same drink every morning and it is made correctly 1 out of every 5 visits I would say. I’ve gotten hot when I ordered cold. I’ve been told I didn’t order what I said I did. When I ask for correction it’s usually met with rudeness and confusion. The drive thru staff seem incapable of problem solving. There is one older woman who is sometimes on the window that is actually good. But even then my drinks are usually not mixed at all. The wait times are unreasonably long with not a long drive thru meaning cars are often backed up in the street causing traffic issues. When ordering at the drive thru and there’s a wait, they don’t say “please hold” or “we’ll be right with you” letting you know they need a second it’s just silent to the point where I usually have to say something myself for them to pay attention. There’s a young guy w long hair who is maybe suffering from gen Zism because he does not greet or say hello he just looks at you when you pull up and it’s awkward… they do not know how to talk to people. I worked at Dunkin’s for 6 years. It is not a difficult job. The company should either close this location and open a better one or completely revamp the staff/training processes.

I was not asking for any type of refund or exchange just was telling them what happened and if they can make sure it didn’t happen with this order. The guy was super dismissive and rude acting like I was attacking him. Won’t be back. I mean come on man.

It’s convenient because it’s drive-through but whoever is running this place. It sucks. It’s horrible. I don’t know. Why is it difficult to get the correct order!! I can understand once in a blue mistakes are made but got dam every time what’s going on !!
