  A little out of the way from what is considered to be the main area of Stamford, but it’s probably some of the best Indian food I’ve had. It’s a small place and space that doesn’t sit many, but boy is the food delicious! Service is great and it’s a cozy hidden gem in Stamford. Yes for the mango Lassi, but try everything!

  The food exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend the rajma and sarson ka saag. Everything came out quickly, and the kitchen looked spotless. We came in during the late afternoon when it was quiet, so our party of six was able to get a large table comfortably, along with a high chair for our kid. Our server was incredibly sweet, attentive, and efficient throughout the meal.

  We really enjoy the food at Dhabewala. It’s always very good. The service is great, people are friendly, and attentive. The restaurant is quite small but they have improved the atmosphere over the last few years. We generally take our food out.

  Smallish Indian place with tasty food. They have very good value lunchen specials for takeout Monday thru Saturday. We enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala ,fried onions. and classic gobjaman. All were very good. Three doors down sid the post office. Park to the south side. Nice people Recommended.
