I get inflation, but the new staff is slow and new owner allows mobile ordering which further slows everything down. Last night it took 25 minutes to get my order and, in that time, no new orders were taken as the line grew and people left. My vanilla ice cream had no flavor and the chocolate tasted weird. I'm sad to say that I'll be looking for a new ice cream spot as the new owners have destroyed this once great establishment.

I understand prices have increased across the board, but with that comes an expectation that quality and consistency remain strong. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my recent experience. The vanilla soft serve tastes different than it used to and melts unusually quickly. Blizzards are often not mixed thoroughly, leaving a noticeable amount of plain ice cream at the bottom. It also seems like staff may need more training to meet the brand’s usual standards. Additionally, the machine for blue raspberry Misty Floats (my go-to) has been out of service for months, and I’ve received inconsistent updates about when it will be fixed. I hope these issues can be addressed, as this location has long been a favorite in the community and I’d like to see it return to its former quality.
