- AAAndrewOct 8, 20261.0Came in at 8PM, prime dinner time, and this location was out of nearly the entire menu. No white rice, and the brown rice was undercooked. No pollo asado, no carne asada, no steak. The only proteins left were a tiny bit of chicken and the barbacoa. No guacamole, no sour cream, no chili lime chips. Even the lemonade and watermelon limeade were empty. This is not a one-time thing. I have come here multiple times, and running out of ingredients is the norm, especially basics like chicken and guac. If you can't keep chicken stocked at a Chipotle, something is wrong with how this place is run. The service doesn't help. The staff are unfriendly, never smile, and always seem one request away from snapping at you. Asking what's actually available feels like an inconvenience to them. Save yourself the trip and go to a different location until management fixes the stocking and the attitude.

Worst part about it was the staff act like you are taking from their paycheck with the poor service. You’ll get 20-30% less rice, protein, toppings here than any other location.

Not friendly staff, small portion of food, like really small, had two ask twice to add more rice in the bowl and on top the whole place feels and looks like a trash can with the garbage everywhere, even over there garbage cans.. I can definitely feel poor management at this location.

Needs new management, because the people that work there try hard it's obvious.
