- SSschmorr841 day ago1.0Every time I go in to this place, I’m more amazed of the incompetence and lack of care for food and service. One time I went, there were no spoons or forks to grab. When I asked a worker for utensils, he said we don’t have any. So I had to drive all the way home to eat, and my food got ice cold. This place is an absolute mess. There is more food on the ground and tables than could fit in my chipotle bowl. I think Covid started from the floors of this place. And don’t even get me started on the soda machines. The ice almost never works, the dispensers are mixed up, and the soda sprays you. I’ve been to multiples other chipotles, and I can genuinely taste and see the difference. I have literally driven 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this chipotle.

THEY ARE NOT THE FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE IN THERE. EVERYTHING IS MESSY FROM THE COUNTERTOPS TO THE TABLES AND THE FLOORS ARE STICKY. I called several times during a span of six months and nothing was done. I went there one time, and the lady attending me had hair was all over her face and she had on a hat that you couldn’t even see her eyes so when she was talking to me, I didn’t realize she was talking to me because you couldn’t see her eyes- no hairnet. The last incident I had, the young lady serving me had avocado on her hands and the avocado was all over my bowl, so I asked her to clean it because it was filthy and she gave me the dirtiest look and wipe the avocado on the outside of this bowl, smudging it in. I will drive out of my way to another chipotle before I eat there and shame on corporate for not listening. All they have to do is walk in and see the condition of the store the counter the kitchen area, the dishes on the side And the way their staff treats customers

They are always out of some ingredient - no chicken, no queso, no etc etc. Just avoid at all costs, this is not a representation of what a Chipotle should be.
