  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings on Summer Street in Stamford, and honestly, the experience was disappointing. The place felt extremely unorganized, and it seemed like the servers were not getting enough support at all. You could tell the staff was overwhelmed, which led to slow service and confusion throughout the restaurant. Management seriously needs to step in and improve operations because this location has potential, but right now it feels chaotic. Hopefully they fix these issues ASAP.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings at this location for years and never had an issue before. Whenever I requested a specific table, the staff was always accommodating and set it up right away. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I came in with a party of five, including two children, and the table we were given had water spilled underneath it and even on the chairs. When we asked to move, we were first offered a table in the middle of the restaurant. After noticing an available booth, I politely asked if we could sit there instead. As we were walking over, another server stopped us and said we couldn’t sit there because that side of the restaurant was “only for his customers.” At that moment, I honestly couldn’t believe what I was hearing. It felt unwelcoming, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. After that interaction, I decided to cancel our order and leave. With so many excellent restaurants in Stamford, we went to Barcelona Wine Bar instead, where the service was outstanding, we were seated immediately, and treated with respect. Will I ever return to Buffalo Wild Wings after this experience? Absolutely not.

  I ordered some vegetables, and they arrived covered in mud and dirt. I didn't eat anything—because if the visible parts look like that, I have no idea how they handle the wings.

  Tried to sneak an extra $20 onto our bill and didn't even apologize when we corrected it. Forced us to pay a $10 tip for our $40 meal for being "kids" for being 17- 18 years old. Not only was the food cold but took forever to arrive. He also pretty much told us that he got paid 6 dollars an hour so we HAVE to tip him 10 dollars. Which we know is a complete lie considering that minimum wage in Buffalo Wild Wings Connecticut is 16 dollars an hour. This was a complete disappointment considering that all of us go to this buffalo wild wings frequently. Pretty much took advantage of our money and thought that we didn't know how things worked just because of our age. Will NOT be coming again.

  Would give zero stars if possible. The worse service I've ever gotten. It's 4 on a Saturday with multiple play off games happening. We order drinks, it takes 45 minutes for four beers to come out. We order food and it takes over an hour. There's maybe ten people in the restaurant total. The waiters are chatting it up rather than checking on tables. The bus boy is more on top of tables in his section than our waiter. Food finally comes out and the air conditioner leaks on our food. The manager comes over and could actually care less about anything. Mumbles her way through the interaction and then we have to ask to have our meal comped. Whoever owns this franchise needs to clean house.
